Things are definitely starting to move again. A bunch of my stuff is shipping and some older stuff that was ungraded is starting to get grades. I think within another week or two, things will really get to moving.

Do you mind saying what your speed tier was and how long theyve had you games? I sent in an order at 15 day speed that theyve had since July 5th. Im a patient guy, but if they cannot guarantee their tiers they need to reflect this better at the payment screen.
Similar situation, though I sent mine on July 17th.

Delays happen, but they should come with updated estimations on turn around.  When you prominently post the turn around time on the tier selection, it's important that you hit those marks or communicate delays/expected delays clearly. ]]>

I got mine back finally, it took almost a month with the 5 day service, I called and emailed got no response... and when the game the case is scuffed up in the front, its not bad but noticeable. pretty much irritated. I’m sorry to hear that but thanks for sharing. I was gonna send out some of my CIB Zeldas for funsies to see the process but I’m holding off until things get more structured and reliable.

It's been almost a month to the day and I still haven't received response to my inquiry with Wata. Trying to be patient, but I almost think they need to be offering some sort of discount if they're months behind fulfilling the stated delivery dates. Making a marketing promise you can't fulfill shreds so many new businesses, and even older brands. I like what these folks are doing, so patience is a virtue.

Perhaps a follow-up email is due? Might as well stay on top of their inbox if you want to get an answer, without spamming obviously. ]]>
