You click on "reply" (to someone's post, not at the bottom of the screen), and then there'll be a bunch of icons at the top of your reply window. The little square icon of a sun rising over the mountains is the "add picture" icon (in the bottom right of all the icons). Click on "add image", add it from your computer or phone, and once its uploaded, select it and click "ok". Boom, picture in your post.
