Ye, i was thinking about if this is what happend indeed.

Does anyone knows if this guy kept his Craigslist ads up after he was in contact with GameGavel? If he did, then i guess that a lot of people contacted him. If he decided to sell all of the stuff to someone else, then i can see why he canceled his phone numbers if a lot of people had been in contact with him about buying his stuff. Pity though, i wish that he could have replied so we knew for sure what have happend to the stuff.
