Also i don't think it was offered as a prize in issue 100. I have the issue and i cant find ANY info on it anywhere in that magazine.

Okay to clear this up. Two ways of obtaining this.

1. Win the contest from Nintendo Power issue # 100.
2. Order it from the Nintendo Power supplies catalog.
